I would have given a negative star, if possible, because my experience didn't rate even 1 star. My "service" was more like an interrogation or a lecture [one I didn't ask for or want to get] than a service. The guy spent over 30 minutes interrogating me about why I got a new sink, why didn't I get a different faucet, why didn't I want a garbage disposal. He had to call in to ask what to do because my old sprayer wasn't long enough to go through the new thicker countertop. [He spent the first 5 minutes or so of his call to the office chitchatting with the person who answered the phone.] Peppered in with the other questions, he kept asking me to "guess" how much the service would be. After I "guessed," he finally told me that it would be $646 dollars! To put in new drain pipes and attach a faucet! When I said, "no thank you," he started trying to justify the price by giving a LONG spiel about the company's insurance costs, their cost for faucets, supply lines, drains, etc., --all of which I already had. It was another 10 minutes before I could get him to leave. Never. Everyone I have told about my bad experience said that the guy was trying to take advantage of a singe woman who he thought would be intimidated into paying an outrageous price because she didn't know what else to do.
