My son has prom in two days and we just came home from Men's Wharehouse in tears & w/o his tux! The first time we went to order the tux the customer service person was VERY pushy and wouldnt let my son make any choices. So this was a month before hand. A local church has kindly offered to pay for my son's tux so he could go to his prom. Well, we were told everything was paid for and to pick up tux 2 days before prom. Actually we called earlier I the day just to confirm that we were coming this evening to pick up the tux..This time a male answered and put is on hold to check..said "yup, the tux is here." And that was it until we got there. The same girl that originally helped us was working tonight so she helped us again. .She had my son try on the tux only speaking to him, she didn't acknowledge me at all..made us wait and wait and wait while she started to help me customers while we just stood there son still wearing tux..i even asked her if he should take it off now cause no body helped us out said any thing to us and she just totally ignored me!! So after a while she tells him to go change them after he comes out of the dressing room had him put the jacket on look at himself in the mirror and said "you can take it out of here when it's paid for!" How humiliating!!! So prom is in two days and he doesnt have a tux...and I'll tell you what, he will NEVER FORGET (& neither will I) this experience we had at Men's Wharehouse in Middletown, NY. Now what??
