Review content:
The whole process, from getting a quote, scheduling service (Betty is just great!), and having my rugs cleaned, was easy and very professional. Phil took the time to inspect my rugs and give his professional opinion of the right process to clean them. He was also clear about the expectations of the outcome which was spot on. The price was very reasonable as well. There was great communication from start to finish and I would certainly recommend Colonial Chem-Dry.
