What iFreedomDirect Promised they also Delivered!!!\r

My husband and I are very happy with our service and overall experience with iFreedomDirect. We are both 1st time homebuyers and had our share of past credit challenges.\r

I intially contacted Frankie Wooten in Oct 2014 and my scores were to low to qualify. They were in the high 500s to be exact. Frankie explained to me where I needed to be and she even had me speak to another Loan specialist whom informed me what I needed to work on to get my scores up. I began to work deligently on those things. \r

In May 2015 my husband wanted to know where he stood on pursuing a mortgage loan so I contacted Frankie again and she said things looked good and that we met the min. qualifications. She began processing our loan immediately along with Austin Treadway (Loan Processor) and even though homebuying can be very stressful she always reassured us not to worry. She even linked us with the prefect realtor (Venita Cooley) to meet our needs in our home search for the perfect home for us. Now here we are in a beautiful newly constructed house that exceeds our dreams and we have iFreedom Direct and their team to thank!\r

P.S. I had done my share of research and this company has been validated by my experience. Please note Quicken Loans may have top ratings but they couldn't deliver for me and my family. Our timeline working with iFreedom Direct is as follows: We applied 5/5/15. Found our home and Signed Contract 5/17/15. Appraisal done on 6/4 and Completed on 6/8. Underwriting review completed on 6/12. On 6/16 our file was sent to the closing dept. Closed on 6/19. Only 1 day after originally scheduled close date 6/18.
