Review content:
If I could give zero stars I would. I adopted a heartworm positive dog and had to work with this vet because of their partnership with the rescue group otherwise our first (of 7) visits would have been our only one. If you care at all about your pets, don't ever take them to this vet. They are awful, and I am enormously happy that I do not ever have to deal with forgetful doctors and assistants with attitudes again. I had to remind the doctor every time we went what he was supposed to be doing-- I was terrified (still am) that my dog did not receive all the necessary parts of heartworm treatment. I saw the other doctor today, and he spent a total of maybe 2 minutes (not consecutive) with me out of the hour we were there and was not helpful in anyway. I had to go hunt him down to find out why I was still sitting there, and the assistant rolled her eyes at me. The assistants there are so rude. No bedside manner or appreciation of their client's time whatsoever. Today was our last visit and I asked for copies of my dog's file-- turns out the first of our 7 visits was documented on the computer. None of the rest were. If it were a real doctors office, that would be malpractice. These people shouldn't be anywhere near your pets.
