Review content:
This pool company is so UNPROFESSIONAL and INCOMPETENT, I truly regret to this day of hiring them. I signed a contract to have my pool resurfaced June 11, 2014 and they hung me out to dry and started on my pool August 5th in which they drained it and then August 6th the sandblaster did his job. Not only did I give the $800 deposit, but I gave the $750 for the sandblasting and another $600 that was for a very minor structural repair. They left my pool sit until August 18th with the bond coat rolled on and I gave them another $1,000 for that and they have left the pool again and it is August 22nd today. They promised that they would DiamondBrite this week and now it's next week. I have totally had it with this incompetent company that never gives me a courtesy call to let me know when someone is going to be at my house so I can leave the gate unlocked. This has been an incredibly horrible nightmare. I had family come from Kentucky in June and July with little children who could not
