I called to have an oil change and tire balance to one of my vehicles on a Friday afternoon in a hurry I was politely told they do not accept appointments on that type of service. I was told it was busy but they would service my vehicle as fast as possible. I was very surprised at the professionalism and knowledge Alan presented when I told him about the vibration issues I was having. Alan suggested that I have the front rotors turned in addition to the other services. Which I allowed him to do. I was very happy with the vibration issue being fixed. My one complaint was that I asked to have my low tire warning light reset and that light I had to reset myself after I left S&S.
