Called for an estimate when my a/c went on the fritz. Appointment was scheduled for a Monday afternoon window, halfway through the window customer service called to say they overbooked and wouldn't be out until the next day! $500 for a new motor and $70 for annual maintenance and somehow I am sitting in my house waiting for them to come back out to fix my BROKEN A/C!!!! Oh and by the way....they missed the maintenance appointment as well and had to reschedule.
