Review content:
The company was subcontracted to tile a kitchen floor for a non profit business. They never showed up when they were supposed to. When they did show up, they only did half of the floor, complained about the number of tiles they were laying and griped the whole time. They didn't return for two weeks, came, laid tile and the tile didn't match, but they said it would change when they cleaned and sealed the tile. Tile that was placed around the wall wasn't squared and different colors of grout was used throughout the kitchen. When they came to clean and seal the tile, some type of cleaner was put on the tile and caused it to turn white and they said they would be back to mop it up and seal the tile. They didn't return for one month and it took the cleaning crew five times to mop up the mess. When they returned, the same thing again and I was told that it was where the tile was quarried and it was salt in the tile. The man had his girlfriend with him and said he would be back and clean the mess up and seal the tile. He never returned and the cleaning crew that cleans the building told me that we were being taken advantage of by Dockery and their tile layers. To supposedly be the best in the Tri Cities, they leave a lot to be desired. If you hire them, you are at their mercy and there is no quality control.
