My experience with Carpet Giant of Ossining wasn't perfect at first, but at the end I was happy with their work. When the carpet first arrived it was damaged, so they had to take it back and reschedule an appointment. That was disappointing because I had moved everything to prepare for the original appointment. When the work was finally done, though, everything was great. The men who put the carpet down were absolutely lovely. They were punctual and neat, and cleaned up after themselves well. They were quick and did a very nice job. I would highly recommend them.
