Though I have had an association with T.R. Lawing ( I am a property owner) since the 90s, I have never had an occasion to meet with my property manager until very recently.
Due to extremely unusual and unfortunate circumstances......my tenant passing away in my house and his remains remaining undiscovered for weeks.... I am faced with an expensive clean-up, as well as reconstruction in the area where the death occurred.
Sallie Myrick has been the consummate professional in helping me navigate what must be done. She has been there for me at every turn and stands ready to assist me any way that I require. I could not be more pleased with or grateful to Sallie.
When I first contracted with T.R. Lawing, I had the pleasure of working with Bob Lawing as my property manger. Though Bob is irreplaceable, it is comforting, as a property owner, to have someone of Sallie's statue in his stead.
