I have also been robbed by Pacific Galleries, awful customer service-they seldom reply mails or phone calls, you have to insist a zillion times. Once they sell your item, they give you pennies for it, that is NOT what they said when you talk to them at the beginning nor does it represent the value they post on their site showing the item before the auction. Be very careful, do not consign there. One antique dealer told me ""they screw people up"". I wish I had listened to what he said. Never again! Class action lawsuit? I am for it!
