We recently moved to a home in Hershey, Pa., and we wanted a thorough check of the heating and air conditioning systems. Joe H. from G.F. Bowman came and checked out every system component first, then he did a test of how the furnace and the air conditioning unit worked when all systems were turned on. He took the time to explain how everything worked, much to our satisfaction because the house paperwork did not have any instruction manuals. He checked the filters and water lines, and told us how to get maximum efficiency from the systems. We think the time he spent with us was very worthwhile. He knew exactly how to troubleshoot the entire system. We like this kind of customer service--so much so that we signed up for the Bowman annual service/maintenance plan. We would recommend Bowman and Joe H. to homeowners.
