Adel is personable, he's polite, he's respectful, and he's genuine. He truly cares about creating a relationship with potential and actual tenants. His phenomenal customer experience blew me and my friends out of the water. Normally when you are dealing with agents or agencies, they are very short-business-style, in which they strictly communicate through technology, and are strict to the paper edge; Adel broke through that barrier and while taking all factors into consideration, he also works to get to know who you are as a person as well.
He is completely professional and informative; he lays everything on the table and is willing to talk about it.
If there is anyone that should be recommended, it is Adel; hands down the best that myself and my boyfriend have ever worked with.
