I had my Rav4 towed to Scott Clark Toyota because it wasn't running properly, or so I thought. William Carroll took charge as soon as the tow company arrived with my vehicle. He was very gracious and called me two different times to get more information. They were unable to find anything wrong, so he wanted to be sure he knew exactly what I had experienced. William Carroll had two different technicians drive my car, and both determined all was fine. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, he was extremely professional and friendly. Best news...I was not charged anything for the time they spent looking over my car. Thank you William Carroll and Scott Clark Toyota.
