I signed a contract for her property management service. At the first meeting she was well prepared. She brought all the paperwork, very professional and polite. She gave professional suggestion. I told her upfront that I had to move to other state and I made it clear that I wanted to rent my house furnished since I don't want to pay a lot for the moving. She agreed to list it as furnished so I signed the contract and gave her $350 to list my property. 2 weeks has past, I did not hear anything back from her so I texted her and ask if there were any clients asking for showing. She said a gentleman wanted to rent my house as furnished since he will be moving from other state to work in Vegas and he will call back to schedule the show within the next 2 weeks. 1 week after that I did not hear anything from her so I called her and she said he did not call back. So I was wondering if she was going to do something just to follow up with the client but she did not call him back to ask. Then she changed her tone of voice saying that she did not want to take responsibility in case my furniture get damaged and I will accuse her of that damage. I never said that so I didn't know where she got that from. She then said she wanted me to list it as unfurnished. I did want to argue with her so I said I was gonna check if my employer will cover the moving expense. She then said she was gonna change the listing to unfurnished. I asked her if she will be able to deduct the sewer and garbage from the rent for me. She said she was not responsible for that. I was wondering if she didn't want to take responsibility of my house and my furniture why she did not tell me upfront and refer me to other agent. Why would I hire a property manager for not cheap price if he/she doesn't want to manage my property. Had she told me upfront that she was not happy to do this I would go to other property manager. She was rude on the last conversation. Her fee is not cheap as well. I think that is her way to make money by taking the listing fee and not
