I usually don't have nice things to say about a company but Capital Heating & Cooling have really done what I've need them to do.
I've ran a rental property for quite some time and I always struggled to find someone to come in and do work correctly. I had several repairs and usually, it seems to be temporary fixed but I lived there for a while and a lot of it happened while I was occupying the space. I moved away, I've been away for at least 6 or 7 years so I've been managing this remotely.
Some way or another, I stumbled across this company right when they first opened about 4 years ago. I got a hold of the owner, I think his name is Jason and they were starting out and they went out and helped me out and they did a great job.
They are very responsive and communicative about any questions I may have as we go along. They answer the phone nicely, they are very easy to talk and understanding. I am set-up in a plan with them that has them come out annually and I don't usually do that, but I trust them enough that I hired them to come out once a year.
