My wife and I needed to replace a 22 year old air conditioner, and Comfort First was one of three companies that we planned to contact for proposal.
Kelli Bergeron was the first representative to make an appointment with us. Kelli did an excellent job of measuring and her presentation as to our options was superb. So much so that we were confident that Comfort First would be our choice. We saw no need to look into other companies, and told Kelli of our decision.
Installation of the new air conditioner was done April 21 by Jeremy, Darron and Manny. These men were fantastic. From the moment they arrived until the time their work was completed, they worked non-stop with no lunch break! Jeremy did a thorough job of showing us the features of the new unit. In addition, he explained the features of the smoke/carbon monoxide detectors, and the new thermostat. It was obvious to us that Jeremy really knows these systems, and knows how to explain them clearly. The site cleanup was perfect both inside and outside the house.
We also need to acknowledge the friendly "behind the scenes" women, Beth and Krysta. We appreciate their prompt phone calls when the installation was held up for a day, and their handling of a Town of Cary permit issue.
We are very happy with the work done by Comfort First, and we will certainly share our experiences with friends and neighbors.
