That big mean girl at the front desk at Bill's towing is very rude in fact even raised her voice and spoke down on me like a verbally abusive parent would do to their child. Well, "newsflash", rude girl who lies about the laws, you lied about the laws and made up laws which is in fact illegal I believe. \r
I think anyone and everyone who has been done wrong by these people need to file complaints with the courts and the Better Business Bureau.
