I shopped around Fayetteville - have had bad service experience with Sears (all other major chains also use Sears service people). I wanted to buy my washing machine from a place that had their own service department and I've heard nothing but good things about Major Appliance and I'm not disappointed! Old washing machine broke down one day, went to Major Appliance to purchase new Whirlpool Cabrio washer and they delivered it that afternoon!! My family & I will be using them - owner is extremely knowledgeable. Highly Recommend buying from Major Appliance instead of the other chains who sacrifice service for the quick sale.
