Review content:
I have cats and I know what a trip to the vet *should* be. That being said, I have a regular vet who I appreciate even more after today. Despite the many disappointing aspects of this visit, I would have to list the vet as my top disappointment. Apparently Dr. Seman was in quite a rush as she did not even properly introduce herself, greet me and my pet, nor make eye contact with me when she entered the room. I believe there is code of respectful etiquette that should be followed and the fact that I had to ask "Are you the vet?" after about 45 seconds of her talking is unacceptable. As for the actual exam, I think she took about 3 minutes and didn't really provide a diagnosis or thought of what the problem could be, nor whether it would be contagious to my other cats. She merely said, "we'll get you some antibiotic and some fluids" and she was gone, never to return. 2 hours at the vet for appx. 3 minutes with a vet with no standards of customer service is just unacceptable to me.
