but we don't make any claims about the content of these pages. We strongly believe
in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful
content or present negative viewpoints. We realize that this may be frustrating,

Last May, a contract we had with Action Run renewed automatically without prior notification. We tried to cancel the contract because we were not reminded that this renewal would occur. Action Run would not let us cancel because the " fine print" in the original contract allowed them to renew. Every other company, of any kind, sends out a notice reminding one of an automatic renewal so that there is the opportunity to continue or not. But not Action Run. Their service and communication with their clients is so lousy that the only way they can get repeat customers is through trickery. We have been trying to contact Action Run by phone since mud April to be sure that our contested contract would end in May and have not had a return call from them( or I should say, "him"). I think there is only one person involved in this whole scammy operation.
