I wanted to share with you my personal experience with Manor Care located on Hilliard Road.I have a family member that was placed here for therapy and also a good friend that works there as an LPN. There were numerous red flags during the week, but the weekends were horrible !!! The residents were screaming out for help, laying in there stool, not enough staff to even feed the residence that needed assistants. The LPN'S were frantically working to administer medications, answer calls from furious family members about the care there loved one is receiving ,also trying to help the CNA'S lift/turn some of the residents because the Hoyer lifts were malfunctioning . I walked down the hall and one of the residents had so much urine and stool in his brief it was running down his leg and dripping all through the hallway. On this weekend there were 2 CNA'S and 58 residents upstairs working there self to death !!! Where is the Administrator ,DON ,Unit managers when there is no one on the floor to give theses residents the care they pay for ! What if this were you or your loved one !! Truly a HORRIBLE PLACE to put a loved.
