Not at all impressed. Dog was taken from my property by "good samaratin" only to be taken to PAWS within 45 minutes of her missing. PAWS would not release the dog as I could not prove pet was on my property and until they gave her a check up and shots she didn't need. I had photos and vacs. proof in hand. Also was charged for basic minimum lodging of pet. Is this behavior legal and how can I secure my dog if this happens again? Angry
