when we went to Hawaii for a week, I mistakenly called PJ's thinking it was the Hillrose Pet Ranch(formerly Atwood's) and made reservations for my dog. I had a friend drop him off at PJ's because our flight left at 4:00 a.m. When we returned a week later and I went to pick my dog up I realized I called the wrong place when I pulled up in front and it was not the Hillrose. Nobody was around at the pet ranch but I found me 8 month old Shi Tzu in a filthy cage of dog feces and empty water and food bowls.The cage had an open door to the outside coldness of the December weather. I was disgusted. I thought is this where my poor little dog had to stay for a whole week? I found a young girl and a woman(neither were friendly or had a personality) and just paid and left. I never said a word because I thought it was my own dumb mistake. But don't make the same mistake I did! There is very little care for the pets!
