Irena is always so nice to me. She knows I'm on a tight family budget and is very respectful of X-rays and your insurance renewal costs, etc. and when it works for me and my cash flow.
Irena is a very BIG reason for me as to why I continue to return to Dental Care. She's very good at what she does and I've had a good run there over the years with little teeth/mouth drama. I'm thankful and appreciative.
My one recommendation (as I'm a marketing person) is you need more energy in your front office. I would put some current news on both TVs. The company might want to consider updating the "headache" video - while it might still be relevant it feels dated. Maybe some brighter lights. It's very clean, but not inviting. Only a suggestion.
