Businiess name:  Heather Powell-State Farm Insurance Agent
Review by:  citysearch c.
Review content:
Do NOT use this agent. I received a quote for a State Farm policy, paid it, it took 3 months for them to submit it for issuance. Never received a copy of the policy and after repeated attempts to get a copy I was told my policy was canceled and reissued at a higher rate due to their mistake. They then told me that I owed more money than I was originally quoted. They would not honor the original quote or actual policy even after I had paid it. Dennis Powell who retired called me representing Heather's office and has refused to honor the original, paid-for policy to it's full term. Not only is this poor business practice it is highly unethical and they are being reported to the Arkansas Department of Insurance.
