I have been with Travis Wiley's office for over three years now, and it is by far the worst customer service I have ever received. Travis himself is very kind, but his staff is to say the least horrible. I have had many, many, many problem's with them. To give you some I canceled my life insurance, but they kept charging me for six month's and then when I called to fix the problem the woman on the phone treated me horribly talking down to me and refusing to help me blaming me when it was an error on there behalf. After driving an hour there I resolved the problem with Travis. Second encounter, I sold my car so I canceled my insurance on it. I called spoke to a woman working there she told me all was taking care of, should have known better. This time I had my phone a way from my ear and company over was asking who was yelling at me. After many week's this problem was fixed TIRING!!! I swore I would change after this one I was so mad at how I was treated. But Travis suckered me back in. NOW It happened again I canceled another car because It died about four month's ago and I still am being charged. I called the same woman who said she canceled my plan on that car, and she told me that it is in the system I called and canceled but that it was never put threw right so I have to give them proof that my car died!!!!!!! In order for me to get my money back!!! I called on Dec 2 and I have not heard back from anyone working there. I have sense called about 12 time's trying to get a hold of Travis and no phone call's back. It is now the 14th. STAY AWAY!!! I am telling you from many year's of encounter's from this company I should have left a long time ago!!! But I will say I love State Farm itself!! Just go with someone else, As I am looking into now.
