DO NOT deal with this agent or this insurance company!!! Diane will lie and say anything to get you to buy or contiune a policy, but when face with facts will deny saying anything. I had been a customer for 15+ years and was told we had prefered status and that we could not be dropped. My son had an accident that he was not a fault with, but State Farm paid the damages, then a traffic ticket. Because of this the vechle was dropped. Her reply was that she was not canceling us, just the car!?! Also my daughter, a pedestrian was hit by a car that raced a yellow light, next thing I know State Farm paid the driver that almost killed my daughter for damages to her car. I could go on and on about the problems with Diane and State Farm, but won't. Just please for your own financial security and your sanity, RUN AWAY!!!
