If you can not get an appointment at your normal groomer they are okay. I was not real happy witht he hair cut but they seemed nice and my pet was comfortable with them, The prices was a bit high. She did come out smelling wonderful. She was licking the groomer so I am sure she was treated very well. I would go back to them.
