First I spoke with Tracy, in the office, and she was wonderful; very, very helpful, and patient with me. I had walked in without an appointment & she took me right away & answered all my questions (I had a lot of them). Then she suggested I speak with Karmin, and I made an appointment to return when she would be available. Karmin is simply a delight! We have never experience this level of customer service from anyone, anywhere! Above and beyond all expectations! Everyone in the office is so nice & upbeat! Since 1976 I have been with State Farm & I have always been satisfied with the service in all the states we lived in, but while they were helpful in Hawaii, & California, here in WA this office is superb! If you are in the market for insurance - go to this office; if you think you aren't in the market - go to this office - you may want to switch!
