TED IS A WONDERFUL AGENT. I BEGAN USING THIS OFFICE IN 1986, AND WAS APREHENSIVE WHEN MY AGEN RETIRED AND TED TOOK OVER BUT HE SOON PUT ANY RESERVATION I MAY HAVE HAD TO A REST. HE IS SO VERY PROFESSIONAL AND MAKES EACH CUSTOMER FEEL AS THOUGH THEY ARE THE MOST IMPORTANT CUSTOMER HE HAS. HE IS EXTREAMLY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND EXPLAINS THINGS IN A WAY YOU CAN EASILY UNDERSTAND THEM. HE NEVER EVER RUSHES YOU AND HE IS ALWAYS WILLING TO SIT DOWN AND GO OVER ANY POLICY YOU WANT TO REVIEW.
WE HAVE MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS WITH THEM AND ANYTIME I CALL THEY PULL THEM UP QUICKLY AND ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS I MAY HAVE WHILE I AM ON THE PHONE. IF THEY ARE REQUIRED TO DO ANY TYPE OF RESEARCH, THEY PROMISE TO CALL BY A CERTAIN TIME AND THEY AWAYS CALL ME BACK. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THIER CUSTOMER SERVICE. AND I AM VERY HAPPY WITH HOW THEY MAKE ME FEEL AS A CUSTOMER. THEY EXCEED THE LEVEL OF QUALITY I WOULD EXPECT IN THIS FIELD.
