I am from out of town. I was camping with my RV in a town about 30 mins away. Anyway, during my camping trip, I ended up trading vehicles and needed the brake controller from my old vehicle re-installed in my new one so I could tow my RV back home. I spent most of Saturday afternoon calling about 20 different places to try and get this thing installed. Nobody could get me in till Wed or Thurs and that is if they could even install this! Most places didn't know how or didn't want to mess with it. So, ready to give up, I made one last call late Saturday afternoon and called Mark's in Rockford. They said bring it in Monday morning first thing and they could do it. I was relieved. When I arrived at Mark's, I was immediately impressed with the friendly service and their ability to get my vehicle right in. My cost was reasonable and they had me in and out relatively quick. I waited in the lobby where they had a TV, free pop, free Kuerig coffee, and free WIFI. I watched TV and worked on my laptop while I sipped free Diet Coke. My only regret is that I do not live in Rockford to be able to utilize Mark's more often. This place is truly a gem when good quality auto service places are very hard to come by.
