There are not many individuals with More integrity as Alan, he has helped me learn a tremendous amount about buying and selling coins and is frank and open when I am considering buying or purchase something that is too good to be true. Alan pays a fair price for coins and sells them at a very fair price as well. His knowledge of coins is near unparalleled, and he is quite direct, he may tell you something you didn't want to hear, however also will take the time to explain it for you. I would imagine there are a few people who really don't want to hear their spectacular deal on a rare coin has some damage that isn't readily available to the untrained eye. Alan may say that's damaged and your jaw may drop, but he never takes offense should you ask him to help you understand. I have lost a few thousand on eBay transactions, however Alan has prevented me from continuing to repeat mistakes, and i have readily learned that his prices both on the Buy and Sell are better than any other so
