I don't have insurance with this company but, I have had dealings with them on an accident my daughter was in. They were very promt in contacting us even though their client was at fault. They were very helpful in where to get my daughters car fixed. They couldn't give her a rental because her age. They made arrangements to get a rental for me so my daughter could use my truck. The agent I was in contact with was very polite and helpful. I could not have asked for a better claim handleing.
