I signed up and paid for a catastrophic policy from this office. No problems, right? WRONG!\r They were to deduct the premium every month via credit card--they had the information.\r I gave it to them correctly. They even billed my CC the first 2 mos. correctly.\r Didn't hear from them at all--but my $ sure did for awhile.\r Called oday--they said thy cancelled the policy because I my CC was expired--it is the SAME car. Some ""really intelligent"" person wrote the info. down wrong on month #3 of billing.\r They said they tried to contact me via letter--they had my ohone # the ENTIRE time. I did not get any letters--they said I did. I just want to point out this is the same office that cannot write down CC numbers correctly, but they EXPECT me to believe them when they say they mailed me a letter.\r the VERDICT? Even though THIS OFFICE messed up, I would haev to get a whole new policy with them. I now have to wait 6 MORE MONTHS with mynew job even though I padid this office for 2 months and would have kept paying just fine if they had someone competent in their office.\r GOOD LUCK!
