Unfortunately I have had a bad experience with this contractor. Hired him/them for several jobs and he accomplished about 30% of them over the course of 2 months. I paid him 89% of the stated contract price as his attendance was good at first, but it quickly dwindled down to nothing. I attributed it to another job getting priority. In any case, he has packed up and left, will not return calls and texts and I do not have my materials that were paid in full for. I am now left with buying more materials and dealing with multiple incomplete items. Dumb of me for trusting and paying so much in advance - A hard lesson learned. This was a very bad experience and I wish to make other potential customers aware of it so similar situations can be avoided.
