Review content:
With the economic decline and increase in fuel prices, my husband and I chose to explore Honda vehicles. We visited several dealerships in the surrounding area, but none had the personality of Hagerstown Honda. Our first purchase from Hagerstown Honda was a 2008 Civic which my husband rolled after four months. He sustained only a bruise from the airbag. Thereby we decided to again purchase a Honda. When we returned to Hagerstown Honda to replace that vehicle, we also purchased a Pilot Touring. We have returned to Hagerstown Honda numerous times for oil changes and Brandon, our salesman, always greets us at the door. Other employees as well, call us by name when we go into the dealership. Although I've never met the employees in the service department, I love the fact that I don't need to make an appointment for an oil change and that the wait is very minimal. We live two hours from the dealership and this makes for excellent customer service. Additional the service department
