The dispatcher told me the driver would be there within the hour. He didnt show up for almost 2! When he did show up the guy was hitting on me in front of my daughter. What a creep. When I tried to ignore him, feeling really vulnerable on the side of the road with his guy (out in the sticks of Livermore), he preceded to give me his phone number and told me he could do the tow cheaper if I paid cash. After my car was in the towing position, he continued to tell me all about how he would love to take me out on his ski boat and that he lived out by me near the delta. The guy had looked at my registration that was sitting on the seat! I started to freak out. There was no way I was going with him in the tow truck. I had to call a friend to pick us up out in the middle of nowhere in the dark. The entire experience with this company was awful. My friend told me NOT to complain to the company because this creep had my address. Try explaining that whole experience to a 9 year old little girl.
Pros: They didn't damage my car or steal anything
Cons: read the review - really scary!
