Gregory took an order for "something pretty" to be sent to a local business where I had made contact with the owner and was interested in pursuing something romantic. I was not specific about what I wanted and trusted (based on reviews) that he was capable of delivering on my order. I provided all of my contact information and the name and address of the recipient. After two days of the gift not being acknowledged, I ask and learned that it has not been received. When I contacted Gregory, he told me that he had tried to deliver it 3 times and that he didn't have a direct contact for the recipient. I gave him the contact and was disappointed that he hadn't contacted me to let me know that he was unable to make the delivery. I posted a review on another site but rather than accept responsibility for the mistake, Gregory has chosen to respond in an unprofessional manner by trying to shame me (mentioning that the delivery was for someone from the internet whom I had not yet met) and insult me (referring to me as "an unhappy person"). Equally as important, the "something pretty" he finally delivered was an average orchid that was pretty but could be purchased locally for $20 retail. After taking a closer look at other reviews and images of his work, it is clear that poor customer service is second to his generic ability to identify and create beauty with flowers and plants.
