Review content:
Never go to this auto repair shop! Otherwise, you will regret as I am doing now. They will charge you more than they told you before. The custom service is really bad! You will get mad eventually.
The following is my bad experience with them. I was first told by them it would cost me around six hundred dollars for repairing my car. In the end, I had to pay one thousand dollars for the repair work.
I totally agree with the previous review about their worst custom service. The lady in the shop was arrogant and rude. When I asked her for the discount of the price, She rudely cut off the phone. Before I picked up the car, I called her to confirm their close time (6:00 pm) and let her know I would come to get my car. But when I got to the shop 10 minutes before 6:00 pm, it was already closed. I was so mad that I had to come again in the next day with my friend who had to drive an extra hour. And the lady didn't even say "sorry" about it after I told her in the next day.
