Review content:
I had a broken peice of furniture that was taken to the warehouse so full that it had to be lifted on its side to fit. We were told it would be 5 - 10 business days, after 2 weeks we called and the office staff who has apparently never taken a course in customer service, couldnt find the paperwork on the furniture, put me on hold for a long time, came back and told me it would be done end of the week, if not, for sure the following Monday, it was two more weeks after that. I stopped in the showroom at random and a middle aged woman approached me as if I had cross territory lines, there was no friendly greetings, no how are you, may I help you, I got a stern look and the one word question ""Yes?"" Again, the paperwork was lost. Neither the older gentleman or the middle aged woman ever cracked a smile The gentlmen in the warehouse were very very friendly, very helpful, I am sure they are accustomed to be overfriendly to softening the impact of being stained by the front office personnel. We ended up picking up our furniture, complete, fixed very nicely, but without paying, not because we hadnt intended, but because the front office didnt have a clue as to what we owed and sent us on our way. Pros: Craftsmanship was great Cons: Customer Service Non Existent
