Review content:
We had a new liner installed by Capital Pools May 2014. Within 2 weeks there developed a split in it. Ben the owner instructed us to let the pool go down until it stopped leaking so that they would know at what level the split was. After two weeks we finally hired a diver to find the leak which was a split in the liner about 6"" long. We personally paid for the diver. 3 weeks later they installed a new liner. The day it was installed they discovered that it two had a split in the liner. 3 weeks later they installed a new liner. Ben stated that on each liner he paid a 1500.00 insurance fee to cover the cost of labor and reimburse the home owner for new start up chemical costs and diver fees if any were incurred. He told us that our part would be $500.00. When we asked him when he was going to pay it he stated he would get it in the mail right away. Fast forward to Nov 2014. When we asked him why he had not mailed the 500.00 he stated they had mailed it on Oct 15, 2015 and stated that the check had not cleared the bank so he was resending one that day, Nov 11, 2014. As of today 12/1/14 we have not received a check. It is sad that these people are even allowed to remain in business. It is one thing to have a problem, it is another thing to just tell outright lies. Hopefully enough people will find out their business tactics and they will go out of business, which will be the best for the public.
