My husband and I love the educational experience that our daughter is having. She started the daycare when she was 14 months old. She will be 21 months old tomorrow. Her teachers are very committed and very dedicated. They work very hard. They plan activities that are age appropriate and aimed at development. My daughter is blossoming at the daycare. My one area of concern is the office staff. They are not as engaging. They don't make me or my husband feel as welcomed as the teachers do. For example, I can walk in the morning or in the afternoon, and I find multiple staff members at the desk engaged in conversation with each other, and they won't acknowledge me or my daughter. It makes the climate feel less than welcoming.
