THIS LAWYER IS BY FAR THE LOWEST OF LAWYERS IN THE STATE OF LOUISIANA. HE TRULY GIVES FAMILY LAW A BAD NAME. HE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE CHILDREN NOR PARENTS INVOLVED. THE ALMIGHTY DOLLAR IS WHAT MOTIVATES HIM, NOT THE BEST INTEREST OF THE CHILD. IF HE KNOWS YOU HAVE ANY SORT OF WEALTH, HE WILL OVER CHARGE YOU AND DEMAND PAYMENT! HE DEMANDED $4746.50 ON 12/2/15 AND I WAS GIVEN UNTIL 2/2/2016 TO PAY. ON MARCH 15 2016, IT WAS REVEALED THAT DENNIS FITZGERALD NOT ONLY LIES TO THE COURT BUT PROVIDES FALSE EVIDENCE AGAINST YOU TO OBTAIN HIS ""PAYDAY"" FOR HIS SERVICES. I WAS ONLY MARRIED 2 YEARS AND FILED FOR DIVORCE JAN 4 2011. MY X WIFE FOUND DENNIS FITZGERALD IN THE YELLOW PAGES ON 11/20/2010. HIS AD WAS FOR ""$800 FOR UNCONTESTED DIVORCES"" AND THAT IS HIS GAME TO LURE YOU IN THEN PLAY DIRTY AFTER HE HAS RECEIVED BOTH PARTIES FINANCIAL STATEMENTS. 5 YEARS LATER, HE IS STILL DOING ALL HE CAN TO SUCK MONEY NOT ONLY OUT OF ME, BUT MY EX WIFE AS WELL. EVEN IF IT HURTS OUR ONLY CHILD!!! DENNIS IS A RECOVERING ALCOHOLIC WHO PREYS ON OTHER RECOVERING ALCOHOLICS BY USING ANY MEANS NECESSARY TO DELAY ANYTHING POSSIBLE IN ORDER TO GAIN THE NEXT COURT HEARING. I HAVE BEEN TO COURT AT THE 19TH JDC OVER 50 TIMES SINCE JANUARY 4TH 2011 HAS DENNIS USES ANY AND ALL DIRTY TRICKS TO MAKE THINGS COMPLICATED. HE IS NOT FOR ""UNCONTESTED"" DIVORCES AND IS NOT FOR A CHILD'S BEST INTEREST.
