Review content:
Our water heater stopped making hot water and I was not able to get the pilot light to stay on. Rex called when he was leaving his first job of the day and arrived when he said he would on the first call. I had the area cleared out so he could diagnose the problem easier. After he did a couple of tries at keeping the pilot light on, he said it need to be replaced. He went out to his van and had the part in stock. About 15 minutes later, he was buttoning up the system and starting to do the paperwork. I paid with a check, showed him my ID and he was out of the garage in less than 30 minutes total. A very pleasant fellow, polite and friendly to work with. I did not see any numeric rating questions, but he was a 10 in my book of repair folks doing work at my house. Thanks, Rec O.
