Review content:
As the neighborhood slowly deteriorates, so does the store. While the quality of the merchandise is the same as any other Sears store, the selections are very specific and "classic" styles are becoming more and more rare. The store is dirty, fitting rooms have clothes all over the place, many staff are rude and don't know what they're doing. If you have a choice, go to the Sears in Willow Grove or in Neshaminy Mall.
