These guys know their stuff. I am always given options every time I go in and have to have work done. Just recently, I realized that my TMJ was acting up, and that I didn't know if my insurance would cover one of those fancy form-fitted mouth guards that you get made for you at the dentist. So when I asked my dentist about it, she had one of the ladies in the office send in a claim to my insurance so that I'd get the information and so would they, before I had any actual work done and had to spend any money. I found out it wouldn't be covered, so I asked if I could use one of those cheap ones they sell at department stores and grocery stores, and instead of outright saying no, like I expected her to, she instead gave me an explaination of why each had its own benefits and what the risks were in using one of the cheap ones. \r
