Review content:
I hired roto rooter to fix a drain. They ended up not being able to fix it after 3 hours of being in my home and only working 1.5 hours of that time. I asked them to move my rug and they didn't and it was ruined. Then they left a big mess and refused to clean it up. So I essentially paid 100.00 for 2 guys to come into my home and stink it up, spill water all over my basement, stain my kitchen rug until 10 pm. I called the next day and the manager said he would send someone out to fix it. The guy came out and looked (just looked) at the drain and the pipes and told me he could fix it either. Then I told him I was unhappy with the guys the night before moving everything around in the basement and didn't put it back. He then told me they aren't a moving company and that is not their job to move it back! BEWARE!! not a good company and HORRIBLE customer service!! I gave them all the money I had to spend on this. Now i have a sink that is worse off then it was before and have no money to fix it right!!
