Dockery Abbey Carpet and Floor has been a great company to do business with and we found them to be very detailed oriented in their work. We are new to the area and bought a home recently, and upon moving in we were deciding on which carpet company to go with. After calling Dockery Abbey Carpet and Floor, I came to a decision that they had the best customer service over the phone and the most affordable pricing scale to go off. After the phone call, they came promptly within a few days for an estimate and to drop off samples, which were very helpful in making the decision to go with them. Upon arrival for installation, the technicians were professional and courteous, prompt and efficient, and provided great product quality and at affordable rate. I really can't say enough about how happy we are using them and going forward, I would absolutely use them again if needed be. I have personally recommended them to many people I know and will continue to as the occasion arises.
